Day 1: Arrival at Delhi

India Tours’ representative will meet you as soon as you arrive at the IGI Airport. Our representatively will extend you a warm welcome and drive you to the pre-booked hotel in the capital city. Since this is the country’s national territory, you can expect the most comfortable of hotel rooms with the best of facilities for your stay. After helping you with all the check-in formalities, our representative will leave you to rest and you can spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Delhi sightseeing

Relish delicious breakfast and prepare to explore the national capital. You will be exploring historical places, such as Jama Masjid; visit the Red Fort; make your way to Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest and busiest markets in the city and you might opt to experience a Rickshaw ride and create memories by clicking beautiful pictures next to Raj Ghat. After that, take a break from exploring and sit down to enjoy sumptuous north Indian delicacies for lunch. Post that, visit the Qutb Minar, which is a UNESCO world heritage site; Humayun’s Tomb; the very wonderful Connaught Place and have your prayers fulfilled at the Laxminarayan Temple. If you want, you can also opt for an optional walking tour where you will be guided to explore the renowned and popular markets. Then, have dinner and stay the night at the hotel.

Day 3: Delhi sightseeing continues

One day is not enough to explore the beauty and charm of Delhi. So, we also dedicate the 3rd of the tour to knowing this city better and this day will be planned as you please. You can pay a visit to the Akshardham Temple, which is a humble tribute to Bhagwan Swaminarayan. You must visit the Lotus Temple located east of Nehru place. The temple is shaped in the form of a lotus flower and it is the last of the 7 Bahá’í House of Worship’s built across the world. You can ask our representative for any additional sightseeing options, shopping and dining. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Delhi to Neemrana

Today, after breakfast, you will be transferred to Neemrana, which is 125km away from Delhi. Here, you will witness the spectacular and wonderful Neemrana Fort Palace and also stay the night in the palace for an authentic traditional experience. Once you have rested a while and had refreshments, you can explore this stunning 15th-century architectural wonder that this palace is. The palace has 9 wings and is a 14-tierd property, along with a beautiful lush green garden. It will probably take an entire day for you and a lot of physical fitness to traverse through each of the corridors. Enjoy lunch, dinner and a grand stay.

Day 5: Neemrana to Jaipur

Once you are filled up with delicious food, we will drive you to Jaipur and escort you to your hotel. The duration of the journey will be approximately 3 hours and you will reach the Pink City by afternoon. After resting and eating lunch, you will head to witness City Palace, which is a palace complex consisting of Mubarak Mahal and Chandra Mahal and other buildings. Then, visit the traditional handicraft shops and get souvenirs for your near and dear ones. After that, enjoy and admire the breathtaking light and sound show held at the Amer Fort.

Day 6: Jaipur sightseeing

Enjoy the full day today exploring more of the capital city of Rajasthan. Have breakfast and head to the 16th century Amer Fort. This fort was built by Akbar’s trusted general, Maan Singh and the fort complex combines unexpected charm and immense fortifications. Enjoy an exhilarating elephant ride when coming down of the Amer Fort and then, head to the beautiful Jal Mahal palace. This place is considered by many as the most breathtaking view. Exploring the local market is a must when you are in the Pink City. You will find ancient artifacts, traditional handicrafts, souvenir and yummy food. After spending a fun and exciting day, head back to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Jaipur to Samode to Jaipur

Enjoy hot, delicious breakfast served at the hotel and get ready to visit the discreet and exclusive Samode Palace. This palace showcases a harmoniously blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture and has been host to artists, celebrities and even royalties. The Samode Bagh (garden) and Samode Haveli are heritage structures and monuments worth exploring. If you want to know how the villagers live their daily life, you can even visit the local villages here. Samode is only an hour away from Jaipur and so, after sightseeing, you will return to your hotel in the Pink City and stay overnight.

Day 8: Jaipur to Pushkar

Kick-start your day with tasty breakfast and leave for Pushkar, a town bordering the Thar Desert. This is also one of the most dynamic and thriving pilgrimage places and the destination for the famous camel fair. You will find here ancient temples dating back to the 14th century on the picturesque banks of the Pushkar Lake. During the evening, you can experience Pushkar’s colorful markets. Make sure to experience the camel safari when in Pushkar. After an eventful day, enjoy dinner and overnight hotel stay.

Day 9: Pushkar to Jodhpur

Wake up and enjoy a yummy breakfast in Pushkar. After you have packed and ready, our representative will transfer you to Jodhpur, which is a city in the Thar Desert. The most impressive things about this vibrant city are its ravishing forts and delicious food. When you arrive, take a heritage walking tour of the markets in Jodhpur that are world-famous for its delectable samosa, kachoris and such other snacks. However, beware that they are oily and so, you might want to check yourself from going crazy over their deliciousness! Apart from the lip-smacking food and snacks, the markets are also well-known for mojris/juttis (traditional footwear) and bangles. During your explorations, take a break and enjoy lunch before resuming your shopping spree. Later in the evening, dig into delicious Rajasthani cuisine dinner and retire to your hotel room for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Jodhpur sightseeing

Rise and shine early for a tour of the Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, near the notable Mehrangarh Fort. The park is home to arid land and ecologically restored desert vegetation. After such a thrilling start to your morning, head back to the hotel and enjoy breakfast. Post breakfast, you will go to Toorji Ka Jhalra stepwell. If you are up for something adventurous and adrenaline pumping, you can check out zip lining in Mehrangarh Fort. Along with being thrilling, zip lining also offers a beautiful and wonderful view of the fort. End your day by visiting the clock tower market where you will get a massive selection of traditional souvenirs to take home. Return to your hotel, enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Jodhpur to Mount Abu

Get up and have hot, piping breakfast. Prepare to leave Jaipur and head to the only hill station in the desert state of Rajasthan, Mount Abu. En route mount Abu, you will witness Fort Chanwa, which is a little fortified haveli of exquisite beauty. The drive towards your destination will be a fantastic one thanks to the pleasant weather. Upon arrival, relax at the pre-booked hotel and revel in the breathtaking sunset view. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Mount Abu to Udaipur

Udaipur, a city founded in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh II, is the next destination on your itinerary. But, before we transfer you to Udaipur, you will get an opportunity to explore Mount Abu a bit more closely. You will be visiting the Dilwara Temples, which consists of 5 marble Jain temples built by Vimal Shah between 11th and 13th century AD. This temple is a very sacred place of pilgrimage for the Jains. After this, you will head to Achalgarh Fort, built in the year 1452. Enjoy a scenic drive in the evening along the Nakki Lake and then, drive towards Udaipur. Once you reach your destination, relax at the hotel, have dinner and do what pleases you.

Day 13: Udaipur sightseeing

Have breakfast and after that, leave the hotel to explore famous temples, monuments and other sites of tourist interest. The City Palace, which took about 400 years to build and has contributions from many rules from the Mewar dynasty, is one of the major attractions of Udaipur. This site has been turned into a museum, which showcases a grand collection of the royal family. Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal is another interesting place to visit in the city of Udaipur and you will find here a colossal exhibition of traditional items under one roof. After this, you will head to the Monsoon Palace, also known as Sajjan Garh Palace. Overlooking the Fateh Sagar Lake, this palatial residence in the city is a feast to the eyes. While in Udaipur, you cannot miss an evening ride in the artificial freshwater lake of Lake Pichola. You will grab lunch in between your explorations and once back at the hotel, enjoy hot, sumptuous dinner and overnight stay.

Day 14: Udaipur to Mumbai

Now that you are enriched and soaked with the rich history and culture of India, it is time to head to the business capital of the country, Mumbai. You will be boarding a flight to reach Mumbai and our representative will escort you to the hotel. Post check-in, head out to visit the renowned landmark Gateway of India, Rajababi clock tower and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. After this, seek blessings from the Hindu Lord, Sri Ganesh at the famous Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir. Then, head to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya and indulge in the art & history that this museum offers. Also, make sure to visit the Hanging Gardens in Mumbai. In between your travels, take a break to enjoy the famous Mumbai vada pao and panipuri, which are the staple snacks of the Mumbaikars and grab lunch at one of the famous restaurants. Later in the evening, head back to the hotel, eat dinner and enjoy overnight stay.

Day 15: Mumbai sightseeing

Spend the 15th day of your tour at leisure and do what you want to do. Have breakfast, head out to the local markets may be to find fashionable clothes, accessories and more. The famous shopping places here are Bandra, Linking Road, Crawford Market, Fashion Street and so on. You can also head to the beach if you like. Return to the hotel later in the evening and enjoy overnight stay.

Day 16: Mumbai departure

It is time for you to say goodbye to India Tours. Check out of your hotel in Mumbai after having a sumptuous breakfast and our representative will drop you at the airport for your onward journey. The magical tour ends here.
