Day 1: Arrive in New Delhi

Once you reach the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, India Tours’ representative will welcome you and take you to the pre-booked hotel. Rest, eat delicious north Indian meals and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: New Delhi Sightseeing

Post-breakfast, you will head out for an exciting city tour of New Delhi including the President’s House, India Gate, the tomb of Humayun, Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Qutb Minar and so on. Since New Delhi is nothing without the charm of Old Delhi, we will take you on a fascinating tour of Old Delhi or Purana Dilli after a delicious lunch. The tour will be covering the Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Gandhi Memorial Museum, which will be followed by a sound and light show at the Red Fort. Enjoy dinner and overnight hotel stay.

Day 3: Drive to Mandawa & Sightseeing

Today, you will be driven to Mandawa, a town in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu district, after breakfast. Check-in at the hotel and rest for some time. Then, gorge on some Rajasthani-style dishes for lunch. Once you are rested, you will leave the hotel for a walking tour of the beautiful town where you will catch sight of breathtaking frescoed havelis. Return to the hotel to dig into a finger-licking dinner and catch a good night’s sleep to energize yourself for the next day.

Day 4: Drive to Pachar & Sightseeing

Wake up early, finish your breakfast and prepare for a picturesque morning drive to the pollution-free Pachar. Upon your arrival, our guide will escort you to the hotel and allow you to rest. Our guide will leave you for the rest of the day to explore Pachar on your own. You will get to indulge in delectable Rajasthani cuisine and enjoy staying overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Drive to Hudeel & Sightseeing

Rise and shine because today our representative will drive you to Hudeel, the Shekhawati village after you have finished eating breakfast. The moment you arrive at Hudeel, our representative will guide you to the pre-booked hotel and manage all the check-in formalities. You can either choose to have lunch while on the way at a roadside restaurant or at the hotel in Hudeel. After you are rested and rejuvenated, you will head out for a walking tour where you will be witnessing the beauty of the village and get to know the Real India. Pay a visit to the Karni Kot Temple to get in touch with your religious side. Then, return to the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 8: Drive to Bikaner & Sightseeing

On the 8th day of your tour, you will be transferred to Bikaner or the camel city after breakfast. You will check-in your pre-booked hotel upon arrival and relax for some time. Once you are properly rested, you will head out to visit the well-maintained 15th-century Junagarh Fort, which was built to display the extravagance and royal life of the maharajahs of Bikaner. Later on, you can visit the Camel Breeding Farm, the one-of-a-kind institute. The rest of the day you can spend in leisure and do whatever you want to do. In the evening, enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Drive to Khimsar & Sightseeing

On the morning of the 7th day of your tour, our guide will drive you to the eastern edge of the Thar desert, Khimsar. As soon as you arrive, you will be taken to the pre-booked hotel where you can relax for a while before heading out to visit the Khimsar fort, as well as, the village. After your visit to Khimsar, you can enjoy the rest of the day as you want. During your stay in Khimsar, you can expect to taste some yummy Rajasthani meals. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Jodhpur Sightseeing

After relishing breakfast in Khimsar, prepare yourself to leave for the Gateway to Thar, Jodhpur. Our guide will drive you and upon arrival, you will be escorted to your pre-booked hotel. Settle in and rest for a bit and then, head out to explore one of India’s largest forts, the Mehrangarh Fort. The fort is built 410 feet above the city by Rao Jodha in 1460. In the evening, you are free to take a long, leisurely walk through the bustling and colorful markets or bazaars of Jodhpur.

Day 9: Jodhpur Sightseeing Continues

Today, you will have breakfast and India Tours’ represented will take you on an exhilarating jeep safari to explore the Osian village. There are 16 temples present in this village that attracts tourists from across the world. Even though it is a small village today, it was once a very prosperous and flourishing city. The village tour can be covered in about half a day and you can spend the rest of the day as per your own accord. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Drive to Pushkar & Sightseeing

After breakfast, pack your bags to leave for Pushkar, a sacred Hindu site home to 52 ghats where a large number of pilgrims bathe each year. India Tours’ guide will drive you and handle all the formalities of hotel check-in. Once you have kept your bags, had delicious lunch and relaxed, you will head out to explore one of Rajasthan’s holiest cities. You can take a leisurely stroll on the streets of Pushkar around the sacred ghats and pond, and reach the Brahma temple. Enjoy the rest of the evening as per your own wishes. Return to the hotel when you feel completely drained and dig into awesome food. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Drive to Jaipur

On the 11th day of your tour, you will be transferred to Jaipur after breakfast. When you arrive in the captivating Pink City, our guide will help you with the hotel check-in and such other formalities. Since it is only a 3-hour drive, you will have your lunch at the Jaipur hotel and have free time to indulge in whatever you want. Then, in the evening, brace yourself to go for a walking tour of the thriving and vibrant bazaars and streets of this city. As you walk, you can look forward to catching a glimpse of the city’s phenomenal and magnificent architecture and you cannot help, but be in awe of the town planning. Have dinner and enjoy overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Jaipur Sightseeing

Today, you will be enjoying an entire day of sightseeing. Post-breakfast, our guide will take you for a city tour, which will cover the Jantar Mantar Observatory, the City Palace, Birla Temple and Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall. You will also be taken on an excursion to Jaipur’s old capital, Amer. At Amer, you will enjoy an elephant ride that will ascend to the gates of the charming fort, Amer Fort. The fort showcases a fabulous mix of Rajput and Mughal styles of architecture. You can also visit the ethnic village resort in order to enjoy a sumptuous Rajasthani dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 13: Drive to Bharatpur

After you have had your breakfast, our guide will drive you to Bharatpur. You will be checked into a hotel or resort and allowed to rest for a bit. Then, you will be guided to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary or the Keoladeo National Park. This bird sanctuary is also known as Keoladeo Ghana National Park. This park is a complete paradise for bird watchers and you can find several hundred varieties of birds. Post-national park, you can spend your day at leisure. Eat finger-licking dinner and sleep comfortably in the hotel or resort.

Day 14: Bharatpur

Wake up to the chirping noises of the birds and indulge in a lavish breakfast spread. Spend the entire day identifying and quizzing about the 1300 different species of birds that are present here. These birds come to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary almost every year and it is a real treat to the eyes.

Day 15: Drive to Agra

Try to wake up earlier than normal on the 15th day of your tour so that you can enjoy an extremely rewarding moment of watching a wide range of birds. Then, have your breakfast and leave for Agra, the city of love. You will be visiting Akbar’s capital, Fatehpur Sikri while on your way to Agra. Once you reach your destination, you will be guided to your hotel room and left alone to relax. After that, you will head out to visit the most romantic site ever, the Taj Mahal. Our guide will also take you to the Agra Fort, which was the main place of residence during the Mughal rule.

Day 16: Drive to New Delhi & Departure

Sadly, all good things come to an end and so will our tour. Visit the Taj Mahal in the morning and catch a glimpse of the marble mausoleum from the back. Then, eat your breakfast and let our guide drive you to New Delhi. Once you have reached New Delhi, you will be transferred to the airport for your homeward journey or to any other destination.
